Q4. How and when do I
receive my goods once I have placed an order, what about shipping?
When you order goods you should specify how you wish them
to be despatched, the following methods are available depending on your location:
- Free Perth Metro Delivery.
Ideally you should allow at
least one day from placing your order until you are in receipt of the goods. This method is subject to our couriers schedule which can change regularly for particular suburbs.
- Australia Post COD.
This is a common method for
customers who wish to pay upon receipt of goods. It allows them to collect goods from the post office and pay cash
upon receipt of their requested items. Customers are responsible for
ALL postage charges payable when they receive the items. Simline.Com can only offer
estimates on approximate postal costs for particular items. Please see our delivery details page for more information.
- Overnight Air Freight.
This method is excellent
for smaller items weighing up to 5 Kilograms. You will usually be in receipt of your goods
the next working day following the date of despatch. Costs of this service are usually
between $10 and $20. Please note that customers will NEED to pay up front, on account or
by credit card should they wish us to despatch overnight interstate. You cannot pay COD
using this method.
- Registered Post.
This method is most common for
interstate items that will not fit inside an air bag. Once again customers will need to
pay up front, on account, or by credit card and this service often takes between 2 and 7
working days depending on your location.
- Interstate Road Freight.
This method is excellent for bulky
items such as complete computer systems, monitors and cases. The average cost of freight is
about $30, and you can expect receipt of goods within 3-4 days.
- Pick-up.
You may pick-up your goods from our premises,
however it is important to note that you MUST order in advance and arrange a time with our
sales staff to collect your items. Failure to do so may result in stock not being
available for collection, or staff not being available to process your invoice and receive
payment.
If you wish us to despatch goods using an alternative
method, please specify or discuss this with our sales staff when placing your order. We
are happy to ship goods under whatever method is most suitable in your situation.
NOTE: All delivery times and despatch of goods depend on
the availability of stock. You will be advised of the estimated delivery time when you
place an order. We often experience lead times for despatch of various product items.
