Payment. All payments are to be made
prior to despatch or delivery of the purchased item(s), unless customers have
completed and gained aproval for a credit account with Simline.Com.
Credit Cards. All credit card
transactions are subject to approval by our credit authorisation
agency. We have the right to require a signed purchase order from the
cardholder before issuing the goods. We also reserve the right to refuse
payment by credit under any given circumstances. Credit card fraud is not tolerated, and we employ a strict policy in handling unauthorised credit card orders or payments.
Ownership. All items ordered and/or sold
remain wholly in the name of Simline.Com until payment has been
received in full.
Warranty on Goods and Services Supplied. Simline.Com provides a one
year return-to-base warranty on all individual components and equipment sold.
Simline.Com reserves the right to test and evaluate faulty equipment before deciding wether to repair or replace the item in question.
All assembled computer systems come with a 2 year return-to-base warranty.
Warranty on goods and services includes the costs associated with both parts and labour. Additional warranties backed by Simline.Com will only apply if specifically stated on your purchase invoice.
Simline.Com can arrange to have a component repaired or replaced under an extended manufacturer's warranty, however Simline.Com reserves the right to charge appropriate labour and freight costs.
Simline.Com is not responsible nor obliged to repair or replace equipment covered by a manufacturers warranty. Simline.Com will assist with manufacturers warranties wherein it is within our power to do so.

Refunds Simline.Com will only provide a refund in certain circumstances such as when an item is found to be faulty upon delivery.
Please choose items carefully, as incompatability with your existing hardware or changing your mind about buying a particular product does NOT make you eligible for refund or store-credit.
Simline.Com will provide a refund or store credit where we have been found to be negligent in giving advise prior to the sale of the item(s) in question.
Simline.Com does not take responsibility for the accuracy of other websites, including our manufacturers. We do not offer refunds based upon the errors, typographical or otherwise of third-party websites.
Pricing, Specifications & Availability.
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to
change without notice. Due to the volatile nature of the technology
industry, descriptions may not reflect current technical information.
Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in product,
pricing or offers is subject to correction without notice. Although online orders
generate an automatic confirmation and response email, Simline.Com reserves the right to notify you of a change in pricing, prior to fulfilling the order, at which time you may have the option to cancel your order.
We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers.
Published prices do NOT include delivery charges or insurance.
Export. Simline.Com reserves the
right to refuse to export of products from Australia. If you
are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the
necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign
country. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or
be null and void.

Simline.Com will not sell or share customer information with any third party organisation, company or person. Simline.Com maintains a strict privacy policy and aims to keep your details secure at all times.
